Came in on my birthday to treat myself to a pedicure. The salon tech was not skilled or paying attention and cut my toe very badly with heavy duty nail clippers. Then she proceeded to blame me because I didn't get my toe out of the way! To make matters worse, it would not stop bleeding and the salon didn't have a single first aid kit on hand to offer me gauze, antibacterial ointment or a band aid (which should be an industry standard, no?) A doctor was in the next chair and came to see if I needed a stitch. She ( the doctor) kindly ended up using packing tape and paper towel to stop the bleeding. Then recommended I get my tetanus up to date. But that's not the end of it- they didn't have any of the colours I wanted, admitting their colour charts were out of date. Not a single apology from the lady who injured me until the very end and still expected me to pay full price. I asked, if they felt it was fair to charge me full price anfter my ordeal and they reluctantly took off 15$. One of the techs gave me a small free hand lotion, for my birthday. A tiny consolation for job done very badly. Would not recommend this place. I will NOT be returning.
